Returns

You can return anything bought on c-monsta.com within 30 days of delivery for a refund, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.

Changed your mind?

Send the item back to our UK or US warehouse (addresses below) at your own cost. We are a small company and shipping is a big part of what it costs to get our gear to you, so we don't offer free return labels. Please use a tracked service, as the item is your responsibility until it reaches us, and put your order number inside the parcel. We refund the item price to your original payment method within 7 days of receiving it.

Faulty, damaged or not what you ordered?

That is on us. Get in touch with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including any postage.

How to start a return

Email admin@c-monsta.com or use the contact page, quoting your order number, before you send anything back. We will confirm which warehouse to use.
