A Monsta of a bag

The bag is very well built and performs exactly as designed keeping your dry clothes’dry’ and away from the wet stuff. Very easy to carry by the handles or if walking further, you can sling it on your shoulder with the longer straps.

Very impressed with the quality and looks like it will last many years. Great piece of kit.

Also bought the C-Monsta hanga as my wife was fed up of me borrowing hers.

I’m an openwater swimming coach so have HUGE amounts of kit, including a sledgehammer for ice breaking. C monsta swallows it all and keeps it safe and tidy

Good solid bag

Really like the bag - it's well made and highly functional. Just not had any waves to properly test it out yet thanks to a flat spell but no doubt it will be grand.

Not received yet despite paying extra for delivery

Not received yet despite paying extra for delivery! It’s for a birthday present tomorrow so I’m really disappointed

Hey Fran,

Obviously this is a huge disappointment to me. This is the first point of contact that I think I have had about your goods not being delivered so I did not know that there was an issue. According to Royal Mail your parcel was delivered on the 23rd Feb. We are ultimately responsible for delivering orders though so I apologise for you not receiving your goods.

For privacy reasons I will send you the proof of delivery directly to your email address but I can assure you that we care about every order that we receive and, had we know that there was an issue, we would have dealt with it immediately.

Customer service is one of the pillars of the business so let's work out how we can make this right.
